These Terms govern your use of RockySpin, including account creation, casino games, sportsbook access, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, responsible gambling tools and support.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, logging in, depositing, playing, claiming a bonus or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use online gambling services from your location. We may request proof of age, identity, address or payment ownership before allowing withdrawals or continuing account access.

Account registration

You must provide accurate details and keep them updated. One account is allowed per player, household, IP and device. You are responsible for your password, account activity and 2FA settings. If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, contact support immediately.

Verification and KYC

We may request ID, proof of address, payment-method proof, selfie verification, bank statements or source-of-funds documents. KYC review can take up to 24 hours after upload, although additional checks can take longer. During review, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or account access may be limited.

Deposits and balance

Deposits must be made from payment methods you own and control. The cashier can include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, SEPA, online banking and crypto. Failed deposits, chargebacks, reversed payments or third-party payments can lead to account review.
Deposited funds may need 3x wagering before withdrawal. This helps reduce payment abuse and protects the account system.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be reviewed before release. Processing can take up to 72 hours, and bank transfers can take up to 5 business days after approval. Minimum withdrawal amounts can vary from €50 to €120 depending on method and market. Large wins above €10,000 may be paid monthly up to €10,000.

Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses are optional and subject to their own terms. The welcome package can reach €2,500 plus 250 Free Spins. Standard wagering is 40x unless stated otherwise. The maximum bonus bet is €5. Welcome bonuses are usually valid for 7 days, while other bonuses are usually valid for 14 days.
Bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, irregular play, prohibited betting patterns or breach of promotion rules can lead to bonus cancellation, winnings adjustment or account restriction.

Games and sportsbook

Game outcomes are recorded in the system logs. If a technical error, interrupted round, incorrect settlement or malfunction occurs, we may review the record and correct balances where necessary. Game availability can depend on provider, device, account status and location.

Prohibited activity

You must not use false documents, third-party payment methods, VPN or proxy misuse, automated tools, duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse or any method intended to bypass account rules.

Responsible gambling

You can use deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion, account closure and marketing preference controls. If you request self-exclusion, do not attempt to create another account or bypass the restriction.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where there is suspected fraud, underage play, failed KYC, payment abuse, bonus abuse, prohibited activity or legal risk. You may also request account closure through support.

Complaints and support

Contact support with account, payment, bonus or verification issues. Include your account email, transaction ID, promotion name and screenshots where useful. We review complaints through support records, cashier data, bonus logs and game history.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms when account rules, products, legal requirements, payments or operational procedures change. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the current Terms.
